YOUR ROLE

As a Working Student in People & Culture, you’ll help shape our talent strategy and strengthen our employer brand. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting and refining recruitment processes.
• Conducting initial candidate interviews and assessing cultural fit.
• Sourcing top talent and creating engaging recruitment materials.
• Growing our social media presence and employer brand.
• Assisting with creative tasks to enhance our talent strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proactive, self-driven, and creative mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and building scalable people processes.
• Hands-on and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with social media platforms is a bonus.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and available 16 hours/week.
