As a Working Student in People & Culture, you’ll help shape our talent strategy and strengthen our employer brand. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting and refining recruitment processes.
- Conducting initial candidate interviews and assessing cultural fit.
- Sourcing top talent and creating engaging recruitment materials.
- Growing our social media presence and employer brand.
- Assisting with creative tasks to enhance our talent strategy.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proactive, self-driven, and creative mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and building scalable people processes.
- Hands-on and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Experience with social media platforms is a bonus.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and available 16 hours/week.
