The role:
Royal Enfield DACH is seeking an experienced Service Parts Specialist to oversee the end-to-end management of non-motorcycles operations. This pivotal role involves not only supervising daily operations but also enhancing sales and profitability. The specialist is responsible for coordinating with dealers and various internal teams to ensure seamless operation and exceptional service levels. Integral to this position is the strategic oversight of over 20,000 SKUs, focusing on optimizing inventory, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Service Parts Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and driving strategic initiatives to improve system efficiencies and non-motorcycles sales . A significant part of this includes enhancing system efficiencies, reducing operational costs, and improving customer satisfaction. Collaboration with IT, finance, and logistics teams is essential for streamlining operations and improving the non-motorcycles supply chain. Additionally, the role demands team leadership, fostering professional growth, and promoting a culture of innovation. The Service Parts Specialist’s blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and customer-centric approach is key in reinforcing Royal Enfield DACH market position and ensuring the success of its non-motorcycles division.
