Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of multiple complex customer projects focused on the development and production of implantable medical devices or their components, collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout each project.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while effectively managing associated risks.
• Facilitate clear communication across all involved parties, and prepare detailed project status reports with key performance indicators.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, fostering motivation and alignment to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and implementation strategies.

Your Profile

• A degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Several years of hands-on project management experience, ideally within a similar high-tech or medical environment.
• Strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to taking responsibility.
• Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and engaging directly with customers.
• A solid technical foundation to understand drawings, product specifications, and other engineering documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts, project updates, and risks to different stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including both traditional (Waterfall) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
