Stock Controller and Co-Packing Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Stock Controller and Co-Packing Coordinator (m/f/d) to ensure 100 % accurate, real time stock visibility of Finished Goods and Raw & Packing Materials stored in external warehouses in internal ERP system and work closely with 3PLs and 3PMs to optimize logistics processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure full availability of co-packed and co-manufactured products by coordinating all activities between customer service team, supply and demand planning and Third-Party logistics providers and co-packers
• Minimize residual stock position for Stock Spirits Germany and international business
• Conduct daily stock reconciliation processes to ensure zero stock discrepancy between internal ERP system and external warehouse management system
• Monitor SKU stock and number levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives
• Excess and obsolete inventory expense forecasting
• Root cause investigation and corrective action implementation to minimize future inventory risk
• Collaborate with Demand and Supply Planners in replenishment proposal from plant and ensure timely delivery to distribution warehouse
• Technical Specifications for VAS projects preparation when necessary
• VAS projects control in WH (goods passing to provider, acts for passing preparation, quality control of reworked products)
• Prepare, run and reflect in the system physical stock take results
• Drive and implement cost and stock value optimization initiatives
• Prepare and distribute permanent and ad hoc stock reports (e.g. freshness report, SLOBs report etc.)

Your Profile:

• Vocational degree course (Bachelor’s degree) in Logistics, Supply Chain.
• 1-3 years’ experience in Phisical Logistics, Supply Planning and Stock Management
• SAP (or used ERP system) expert in inventory module.
• Deep and wide understanding of E2E logistics processes
• Third Party Logistics management and co-operation
• Transport and physical stock movements management in highly regulated environment (excise duty) including documents flow
• Ability to communicate verbally, read and write, produce documents and communicate in professional contexts
• Attention to details and precision.
• Good analytical skills
• Client-centric mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MS Office with proficiency in Excel
