Synthflow is a leading Voice AI company deploying automation over telephony systems—we’re hiring a GTM Associate to streamline our marketing operations, working closely with our Head of Marketing.
What you’ll do:
Execute team priorities and ad-hoc projects with the Head of Marketing.
Keep daily marketing ops moving across partnerships, launches, email, content, campaigns, and product marketing.
Grab problems, own them end-to-end, and ship.
Operate as a reliable, all-around marketing generalist.
Stay scrappy, self-directed, and solution-oriented—figure it out, make it happen.
What we’re looking for:
2 years of marketing experience, ideally at a startup or other fast-paced org.
BA or equivalent professional track record.
Sharp written communication and extreme attention to detail.
Proven multitasker who needs minimal oversight.
Ready to roll up your sleeves—no task too small.
Location:
Full-time position based in our central Berlin office, or remote from anywhere in the EU or UK.
