Role Overview

We’re seeking a Technical Video Content Creator to produce engaging, educational videos that help users become power users of the Synthflow Voice AI platform. This role involves translating complex technical concepts—particularly around APIs—into clear, concise, and visually appealing tutorials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and script tutorial videos focused on API integrations and platform capabilities.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos, including screen recordings and narration.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and support teams to identify relevant topics.
• Publish and manage content across YouTube, our documentation portal, and in-app channels.
• Analyze viewer engagement to continuously improve content quality and impact.
  
  

Requirements

• Portfolio of tutorial videos is required—applications without video samples will not be evaluated.
• Video production proficiency, including editing, sound, lighting, and screen capture.
• Strong technical writing ability, especially for explaining APIs and developer tools clearly.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in technical customer support or developer education.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications of AI, especially in voice or workflow automation.
• Prior exposure to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Twilio.
• Bonus: Motion graphics, animation, or multilingual content creation.
