We are looking for a passionate
Product Owner Salesforce (CRM / Offer to Order) to join our team and drive the vision, roadmap, and development of our CRM systems and features. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the CRM team, ensuring that new features and enhancements align with business goals. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through the development process, managing the product backlog, and measuring the success of implemented solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision Creation: Collaborate with the Solution Architect to create and execute a clear vision for CRM systems and their features.
- Product Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive product roadmap based on the vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Feature Creation & Improvement: Lead the creation and continuous improvement of CRM features to meet evolving business needs.
- Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the CRM team, facilitating the concept creation and development of new and enhanced features.
- Feature Management: Take hands-on responsibility and accountability for managing features within the CRM platform.
- Backlog Management: Collect, manage, and prioritize demands from stakeholders, ensuring that the product backlog is up to date.
- Prioritization: Prioritize features, incidents, and requests based on business value and effort, balancing competing priorities.
- Success Measurement: Measure the success of implemented features using established KPIs and ROI, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders and the feature analyst to continually identify and enhance new features.
- User Stories & Feature Creation: Create detailed feature and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders, the team, and the scrum team.
- Design Reviews: Oversee the creation and review of designs for new features or modifications to existing ones.
- Feature Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of features according to the Feature Sprint Plan, working closely with the team.
- Iteration Preparation: Lead the preparation and execution of iterations (Sprints & Feature Sprints) together with the Scrum Master.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and quality assurance tests to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
- Monitor CRM Effectiveness: Continuously monitor CRM strategies and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Professional Requirements
- Several years of experience as an IT Product Owner for CRM systems, preferably for Salesforce software products.
- Strong knowledge of software development, databases, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, TOGAF, SAFe) are an advantage.
- Industry knowledge in retail.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the offer-to-order process.
Personal Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
