We are looking to expand our dynamic ESM (Enterprise Service Management) team and are seeking an experienced and driven
ServiceNow Developer to help us create, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for both new and existing implementations. If you have a passion for technology and innovation, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Application Development and Customization:
- Create, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations.
- Develop and configure functional data elements such as Notifications and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Script And Data Configuration
- Create and configure script objects including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
- Create and modify tables and relationships within ServiceNow.
Integration And Interfaces
- Set up interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms, aligning with identified integration opportunities.
Design And Development
- Perform design, development, unit testing, and troubleshooting for system and integration testing.
- Recommend administration settings and best practices.
Application Management
- Work on a wide variety of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, and more.
Documentation
- Create detailed documentation for design, development, unit test cases, and implementation plans.
Team Collaboration
- Work effectively in diverse teams, contributing to an inclusive and collaborative team culture where your contributions are recognized and valued.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience developing, maintaining, and administering ServiceNow instances.
- At least 2 years of experience designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture on a mature installation.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Experience with integrations and migrations.
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and other scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
- Expertise in customizing ServiceNow UI and Service Portal using UI Pages, CMS, CSS, and Service Portal widgets.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical issue resolution skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is a plus.
