Position: L&D Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging L&D Specialist with a passion for facilitation, instructional design, and content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that support employee development at all levels. You will work closely with subject matter experts, HR, and business leaders to ensure that learning experiences are impactful, engaging, and aligned with business needs.

You will be responsible for coordinating key L&D programs, implementing and maintaining our LMS, and promoting a culture of continuous development

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging learning sessions on a variety of topics, including soft skills, leadership essentials, and job-specific training.
  • Design and develop interactive learning content, including presentations, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, workbooks, and job aids.
  • Adapt and customize learning programs based on audience needs, feedback, and business priorities.
    • Contribute to the design of leadership development programs: Collaborate on creating and delivering leadership training to develop and inspire future leaders.
    • Develop onboarding and upskilling programs that support new hires and internal career development.
    • Leverage instructional design best practices to create high-impact learning interventions using a mix of modalities (eLearning, microlearning, blended learning).
    • Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs, incorporating learner feedback and business impact data.
    • Stay up-to-date on learning trends and technologies, ensuring training solutions remain innovative and effective.
    • Administering the Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee LMS content and functionality, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure that learning resources are current and organized. Monitor usage and completion rates and generate reports to provide insights into learning trends and impact.
    • Support learning culture initiatives, promoting self-directed learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.


    Ideal Candidate

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in L&D, with a strong focus on facilitation, training delivery, and instructional design.
    • Confident facilitator with experience leading interactive workshops and virtual training sessions.
    • Strong instructional design skills, with experience developing eLearning, blended learning, and instructor-led training materials.
    • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., easygenerator, Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar).
    • Experience with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) and digital collaboration tools (Miro, Mentimeter, Kahoot, etc.).
    • Ability to simplify complex topics and create engaging, learner-centered experiences.
    • Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders; Comfortable conducting training sessions in English (minimum on C1 level) language.
    • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
