We are looking for a Workplace Solutions Engineer who will take care of cloud infrastructure tasks and user support, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping internal customers with the right tools and integrations.
What you'll do:
- Access management in the Microsoft environment (Azure AD/Entra ID and 365) and Okta
- Administration of some of our existing cloud services (365, Atlassian, Slack, etc.)
- Support our Operations team with escalated requests, troubleshoot technical problems and solve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand internal needs and provide effective solutions
- Integrate new tools and services into our tech ecosystem
- Design and document resolutions and processes
What we're looking for:
- Experience or education in IT support, system administration, or related technical field
- Solid understanding of user and access management, ideally in the Microsoft environment, on-premises and/or cloud
- Prior experience with Okta, Microsoft 365, and/or Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) is nice to have
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
