Product Operation Specialist

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Type: Fulltime On-site

Your Tasks

• Managing contents operation on HONOR Cloud Services products, including daily content placement, content moderation, content optimization, etc.

• Responsible for indicators such as Daily Active Users, Retention Rate, Average Session Length, and app distribution effectiveness.

• Responsible to produce daily push-notification contents to improve Retention Rate.

• Responsible for Event Operations, including event planning, copywriting for events, implementation & effect analysis

• Assisting R&D team in local testing, product update launching, solving issues escalated from online service team.

• Supporting other tasks in the department.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree, major is not limited.

• More than 1-year mobile application operation experience, experience in mobile app distribution platforms operation is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office is a must, skill for data analytics is a plus.

• Fluency in English, multilingual ability is preferred.

• Strong logical thinking, result-oriented, strong ability to withstand pressure and communication, and strong sense of teamwork.
