Following the successful launches of 11 satellites, we are now expanding rapidly—both in our technology and our internal structures.

To support this next phase, we are strengthening our Controlling team to build robust financial structures, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making. We are looking for an experienced project professional to take on a key role in leading the project controlling and business processes, ensuring transparency and efficiency as we scale. What you’ll be doing

• Projects – Overseeing and controlling large-scale international space-assets manufacturing and space-operation infrastructure projects with a duration of more than 3 years and a project volume exceeding €5 million


• Controlling – Developing and monitoring project budgets, defining cost structures, and conducting customer offer calculations with strong focus on profitability, and post-project profitability evaluations


• International – Develop and optimize project profitability in a cross-boarder surrounding with our subsidiaries in Canada & Greece


• Process & System Optimization – Lead the implementation of new processes and standards in the field of project controlling


• Financial Reporting – Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders


• Business Partner – Support a team of currently 5 members in the project management office and provide guidance to the subsidiaries in Canada & Greece

Relevant Skills

• Project Controlling – Strong experience in the area of multiple (large-scale) project controlling or high-volume projects


• Financial Statements – Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret capacity planning and resource utilization, tracking working hours and efforts, as well as calculating hourly rates, tariffs, and cost-saving potentials


• Languages – Fluent in German & English


• Proactive & Hands-On – Independent, solution-oriented


• Growth Mindset – Eager to take on leadership responsibilities


• Tools – Knowledge of project management tools like; MS Project or Wrike
