Our client, an international provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services, is currently looking for a:

Senior Corporate Officer - German Speaking (m/f)

Mission

Responsibilities

• Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions

• Organise board and shareholder meetings

• Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register

• Drafting corporate documents and agreements

• Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments

• Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order

• Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements

Profile

Profile

• Degree educated in Law

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position such as a law firm, accounting firm or fiduciary

• Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken German - French and/or English would be a real plus

• Proven ability to work independently as well as with the team

• PC literate
