Role Overview
As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client’s network of partners and merchants. Your focus will be on developing and managing relationships with key players in the high-risk payments industry, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, as well as the ability to travel to key industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with payment providers, alternative payment methods, and merchants in high-risk industries.
Identify and onboard new business partners, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive developments.
Negotiate commercial agreements and optimize existing partnerships.
Represent the company at industry events, networking with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within payments or high-risk industries.
Strong understanding of payment providers, alternative payment methods, and key market players.
Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with merchants in Gambling and Forex sectors.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for industry events and business meetings.
Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
