We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, establish Allin Base as a leader in same-day and express delivery services, and expand our client base. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a results-driven approach to solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition:
- Strategically identify, approach, and acquire new clients to expand our market presence.
- Leverage market insights to identify high-potential client segments and develop tailored outreach strategies.
- Network with key industry stakeholders to build a robust customer base.
Market Penetration:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the logistics and delivery industry.
- Develop and execute initiatives to increase brand visibility and demand for Allin Base’s specialized delivery solutions.
- Position Allin Base as the preferred partner for reliable, same-day, and express delivery services.
Relationship Building and Account Growth:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate consistently with clients to understand their evolving needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value.
CRM and Reporting:
- Use CRM analytics to refine engagement strategies and improve client targeting.
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progression, and adjust tactics to achieve revenue goals.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Skills:
