We're excited to be launching our UK business, Vintage Cash Cow, into Europe, and we're currently setting up our European sister company, Arcavindi, just outside of Arnhem. This new venture will be the heart of our operations for the Netherlands, Germany, and France, supporting our growth as we scale. As we expand, we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Camera Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in the process of unpacking, testing, and selling second-hand cameras, binoculars, and other lens-based equipment. About the team:
At Arcavindi, we are building a dynamic and customer-focused business, and our Camera Team is no exception. We aim to efficiently process, test, and sell high-quality vintage and antique camera equipment to our customers in Europe. As part of this team, you'll help us bring in products, ensure they're tested and listed for sale, and contribute to the overall organization and success of the department. We value personal development and support our team members in learning and growing as we expand into new markets.

Test Equipment: Conduct thorough testing on cameras to ensure they are in good working condition.
List Items for Sale: Use online platforms (such as eBay) to list items for sale, ensuring the listings are accurate and complete.
Maximize Listings: Ensure a high volume of listings while maintaining a minimal stock backlog.
Support the Camera Team: Collaborate with the team to meet set KPIs, ensuring targets are achieved.
Organize and Clean the Department: Assist in keeping the department organized, clean, and efficient, contributing to a positive and productive environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Interest in Photographic Equipment: A keen interest in antique and vintage cameras, binoculars, and lens-based equipment, with a desire to continue learning as you work.
Confidence with Equipment: The ability to identify higher-value items or create valuable lots out of lower-end stock.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and pre-existing processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Sales Platform Familiarity: Experience or knowledge of various sales platforms, including eBay, to list items and manage sales.
Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a small, dynamic team.
Relevant Experience: While previous experience with camera equipment is desirable, we welcome applicants with related qualifications or transferable skills.
What makes someone successful in this role:
Efficiency: You can process and list a large number of items without compromising on quality.
Detail-Oriented: You ensure every product is tested and listed accurately to maintain a high standard of service.
Adaptability: You embrace learning opportunities and adapt to changing needs as the company grows.
