About the Team and Business:


We're excited to be expanding our UK business, Vintage Cash Cow, into Europe, and we're currently setting up our European sister company, Arcavindi, just outside of Arnhem. This new venture will be the heart of our operations for the Netherlands, Germany, and France, supporting our growth as we scale. As we continue to build this dynamic, customer-focused business, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth by ensuring we're bringing the best talent into the business and supporting Arcavindi's mission to become a leading player in the European market.


The People team at Arcavindi is key to our continued success and growth. As we expand, we need to scale quickly, aiming to reach 120 people by the end of 2025. This role will be vital in shaping a great people experience, not just for candidates but also by ensuring that our onboarding, training, and support processes are structured, diligent, and enjoyable for all new team member. You will work closely with the leadership team, building talent pipelines and driving recruitment efforts to bring top talent into the company. You'll source candidates across all levels—from entry-level to director—and play a crucial role in helping shape our company culture, nurturing an incredible, diverse team as we grow.



Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the team, your responsibilities will include:



  • Understanding Talent Needs: Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements and help develop talent pools.




  • Recruitment Campaigns: Create and manage recruitment campaigns, including writing job specs, developing channels, and executing strategies to attract top talent.




  • Direct Sourcing & Headhunting: Carry out best-in-class direct sourcing and headhunting activity to build strong candidate pipelines, ensuring fast and efficient hiring.




  • 360-Degree Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and advertising to conducting interviews, referencing, and preparing offers and onboarding for new hires.




  • Employer Branding: Build great relationships with candidates, promoting Arcavindi as an employer of choice. Drive creative initiatives, including social media, to enhance our employer brand in the market.




  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Create and assess data to measure the success of recruitment efforts and continuously improve processes.




  • Industry Trends: Stay up to date with recruitment trends and innovations, integrating relevant best practices into Arcavindi's recruitment strategy.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

To thrive in this role, you should possess:



  • At least 3 years of experience sourcing candidates for various roles in a high-growth tech environment or start-up.




  • Strong network building skills within high-growth businesses, with international recruitment experience being a plus.




  • Relationship-building skills: Ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.




  • Employer Brand Expertise: A passionate advocate for employer branding, with experience using marketing principles to attract top talent.




  • Attention to Detail & Organization: Extremely organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles, candidates and priorities at once.




  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to adapt your communication style to build strong, trusting relationships with senior leadership as well as entry-level or junior team members, fostering clear and effective interactions across all levels of the organization.




  • High Activity & Creativity: Capable of covering multiple roles and building dynamic pipelines while contributing creative ideas to improve our employer brand.




  • Problem-Solving & Data-Oriented: A generalist who is comfortable with data and is not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve recruitment processes.




  • Drive & Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving business environment.




  • Fluency in English, Dutch is a bonus!
