About The Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Groningen, Netherlands. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting and implementing HSEQ policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, whilst ensuring the project teams operate in safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Provide HSE training and support to project teams.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate HSEQ records and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure HSEQ considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Participate in team meetings, toolbox talks, and business meetings as necessary.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
• Relevant industry membership (e.g., IOSH, IEMA, CQI).
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills with a confident, resilient approach.
