As a Quantity Surveyor withour iinternal commercial team, you'll drive commercial excellence across complex infrastructure projects. You'll leverage your expertise to optimize project finances, manage risk effectively, and build valuable relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

What You'll Do

• Commercial Leadership – Develop robust systems to improve margins, monitor costs, price change orders, and implement effective risk assessment strategies
• Technical Expertise – Apply your knowledge of earthworks, underground services, and concrete structures to provide measurement and valuation of works
• Financial Management – Create monthly client applications, develop project budgets, and manage the company's cost ledger within Joint Venture arrangements
• Supply Chain Excellence – Handle subcontractor orders, procurement of materials, and maintain essential project documentation
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure projects
• Strong technical knowledge with excellent commercial acumen
• Experience working within civil and structural works
• Knowledge of NEC type contracts (advantageous)
