About the Role:

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to take over a mission-critical CRM migration program currently in its pre-deployment stage. The role will lead efforts to optimize the product and ensure a smooth transition from an older booking platform to a new Pega CRM system. You'll be stepping into the role from a departing TPM and working closely with an experienced Program Manager, Joy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Work across 6 cross-functional Agile squads, driving end-to-end delivery of technical and product milestones.
• Own and lead daily standups, scrum ceremonies, and status calls.
• Proactively manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and unblock delivery teams.
• Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and report directly to the Program Manager.
• Ensure backlog health, sprint cadence, and reporting KPIs/OKRs are maintained.
• Support the preparation for full migration and ensure project goals remain on track.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on Agile/Scrum project management experience.
• Blended SDLC (Agile Waterfall) background.
• Jira expertise is a must – dashboards, filters, reports, burndown charts.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale CRM or ERP projects (e.g., Pega, Salesforce).
• Technical understanding of development life cycles, integration challenges, and platform transitions.
• Skilled in tracking risks, dependencies, and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
