Job Description


We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Energy Infrastructure team based in our Hoofddorp office. Some of the main responsibilities include:

  • Develop long-term customer relationships and build a reliable customer base.
  • Communicate with the customer on technical level to understand the customer’s specific requirements and align with technical team to provide a custom solution.
  • Integrate multiple products into a single solution for the customer.
  • Develop sales plans for software-based products, solutions, platforms, and services with achievable revenue.
  • Coordinate with the sales support team to ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
  • Execute special assignments which may include budget planning, revenue planning and recovery planning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences.
  • At least 3 years technical sales experience in the Energy industry (Electrical Vehicle Charging Solutions, Parking Management Solutions, Energy Storage Systems).
  • Excellent understanding of the sales, business development and account management processes.
  • Ability to build solid customer relationships.
  • Strong legal understanding of contracts and risk management.
  • Excellent English communications skills, any second European language is considered a plus.
