We are seeking a detail-oriented Printing Market Analyst to oversee all our printing activities and manage the entire process from operations to sales.

With many categories ranging from drink ware to technology, from clothing and bags to home and from stationery & writing to umbrellas and sports & leisure. It employs around 800 people across locations in Europe and Shanghai. They Sell products that make brands and people proud! Commuting: best reached by private transport. There is a direct 40-minute bus connection from Leiden Central Station and from Schiphol Airport to this company's location. From Hoofddorp, there is a 30-minute direct bus connection.
Responsibilities:
Database Management:
Take overall responsibility for the printing database.
Ensure the database is clean, well-maintained, and up-to-date.
Gather data requirements related to print methods and pricing structures from all involved departments (operations, finance, pricing, category management, CYO, ecommerce).
Align and plan tasks across departments to ensure timely execution.
Process Improvement:
Simplify and enhance the process of setting up new printing methods.
Review and improve the existing documentation on printing methods.
Propose and implement process improvements from a strategic Identify and flag challenges between product and printing processes.
Commercial role:
Benchmark industry standards (locations, sizes, different techniques and pricing).
Manage competitive benchmarking.
Liaise between operations strategy and product strategy to ensure optimal print capabilities.
Provide input to operations on topics such as default settings, digital transitions, naming conventions, and database cleanliness.
Work closely with operations and category management to introduce new printing methods.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in market analysis.
Fluent in English ( spoken and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects.
Familiarity with printing methods and industry standards is a plus.
You will travel occasionally, approximately four times per year to Poland and one to two times per year to the UK.
