Summer is just around the corner and that means sales of our newest tops, jackets and shorts are in full swing. In order to help all our customers in the best possible way, we are looking for additional employees who have a flair and passion for outstanding customer service.

The MR MARVIS Customer Experience Team is a group of young, talented people who provide our customers with the best possible service every day. We also like to laugh together and enjoy the free lunch and Friday drinks provided by MR MARVIS. For this position, in addition to working in the Amsterdam office, it is also possible to work partly from home.

What you'll do

At MR MARVIS, we offer our customers a first-class service. This is only possible if we manage to offer everyone a unique and personalized experience that puts a smile on their face! As a Customer Experience Agent, your tasks will include:

  • Daily customer support via email, phone, chat and social media
  • Look for creative ways to delight our customers and go beyond industry standards
  • Processing returns and reviews on Trustpilot or other portals
  • Be the voice of the customer by improving the customer experience in close cooperation with a well-coordinated team and provide customer feedback to the company

Your Profile

You don't have to fulfil all the points on the list below. We recognize talent and a “can-do” attitude when we see it:

  • Registered and resident in the Netherlands (this is mandatory)
  • Highly proficient in spoken as well as written German and English (ideally native speaker in German, fluent in English)
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing / customer service role is a plus
  • You are available at least 16 hours per week, including at least 8 hours regularly during the weekend (this is mandatory)

Please note: Please note: During your first month at MR MARVIS, we would like to train and familiarize you from the office during the week if possible, so that you can also get to know your team well and always have help at your side if you have any questions.

After that, the position can be hybrid, i.e. approx. 60% from the office and 40% remotely (in the Netherlands).

  • €16.64 per hour (incl. 9.6% vacation pay and 8% vacation allowance) for the age of 21 and over
