Quality Assurance Director

Talentmark is looking for a QA Director for our client, an international corporate organization active in pharmaceuticals, medtech and food. In this key function, you'll oversee quality systems at a major logistics hub, ensuring regulatory compliance in storage and distribution. You are part of the site's management team.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Lead the QA team and manage the site's quality.
- Handle audits (internal/external), supplier qualification, and CAPA processes.
- Approve quality documentation and investigate deviations.
- Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the QA function.
- Collaborate across departments and geographies to ensure quality at every step.

You bring to the table:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or Food.
- Signifcant numbers of years of experience in QA in distribution or logistics, preferably in pharma, food or medtech.
- Several years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GxP, regulatory standards, and quality systems.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

This concerns a full-time office based role. Homebased working is possible for 1 day per week.
The remuneration package consists of amongst others a gross annual salary of €100,000-€140,000, a peformance related bonus and a lease car.
