Our Customer Support department is here to assist fans with any questions they may have about our platform. From fans who have questions about how to use our site to those who need help selling a ticket, we are ready to help everyone in need. Helping our customers solve these problems is something we value a lot and it’s crucial to build trust and loyalty amongst our customers.
Our Customer Support is the front line. Dealing with fan's questions via phone, chat and email quickly and effectively is one of our key strengths. Therefore, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Hero who will be responsible for providing the best customer service to our Dutch and Belgian fans!
