Quality Coordinator

As our new Quality Coordinator, you oversee all aspects of product safety and quality across our Supply Chain. Responsibilities include inbound inspection procedures, supplier audits, warehouse quality standards, certification, outbound and logistics quality,recall procedures and testing, product quality. Together with colleagues you foster a culture of quality excellence. You collaborate with other divisions to set and maintain KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives company wide.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Oversee non-conformities and corrective actions;
• Setting up and managing CAPA processes;
• Documenting internal processes;
• Conduct internal audits;
• Assist in supplier visits & audits;
• Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators;
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives;
• Manage documentation;
• Review suppliers documentation;
• Keeping up to date on relevant rules and regulations within the field;
• Requesting export documentation with the NVWA
• Drawing up specifications and requirements regarding new products;
• Handle customer complaints;
• Seeking opportunities to optimize processes and streamline operations.

You are an accurate, hands-on and driven person. You function well in a team, making sure that process improvements are being implemented. You have a good eye for spotting problems and coming up with solutions. Your communication skills are very good. You take initiative and ownership, which helps you navigate through challenges.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
• You have >2 years of international experience in quality and food safety;
• Experience in building quality and food safety;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal;
