Product Manager soft goods

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop sustainable Gifts according to quality, design and margins within given time frame.
• Build strong relationships with vendors/suppliers to get the best product delivered.
• Drive the bags, stationary, umbrella and headwear collection plan and implement the right product mix to maximize the business.
• Lead the launch of each collection, working across all teams; design, production, communication and sales teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Proactively develop strategies and feature ideas to improve products plans based on business goals and KPIs.
• Involve and excite the different stakeholders in this process
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Based in the Netherlands
• Frequent travel experience to Asia for Guangzhou Canton Fair
• Excellent command of Dutch & English
• Bachelor’s or university degree and a minimum of 3 years experience (retail or B2B) as a product manager
• Strong awareness of the challenges in sustainable development
• Strong communication skills as well as problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Great multitasking skills and capabilities to ensure deadlines
• Proven research and project management capabilities
