Job description National Administrator - Mobility Parking Permit Scheme
Hours: Fixed term, 30 hours per week

If so, we have a great opportunity for you! We are seeking a National Administrator to join our Christchurch-based team and support the Mobility Parking Permit Scheme. This fixed-term position (until December 2025) offers 30 hours per week in a role where your keen eye for detail and ability to follow structured processes will make a real difference.
The National Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the Mobility Parking Permit Scheme by providing high-quality administrative support.
This position involves managing key processes, handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services that assist people with mobility needs. Your ability to stay organised, follow established procedures, and provide excellent customer service will be essential to the success of this role.
We are looking for someone who:
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Can handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Is comfortable managing continuous incoming calls in a busy environment.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
Has strong IT skills, quickly picking up new systems and navigating software with ease.
Is a friendly, warm, and engaging communicator who can interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
Has quick and accurate data entry skills.
Provides exceptional customer service.
Preferably has experience in the disability sector (although this is not essential).
