Location: Remote, 25-30% on client-site in Bay Area

Permanent: $250-300k bonus

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience managing a large portfolio, a minimum $300 million P&L
• Must have experience working with high tech - ie. Gen AI within customer experience
• Minimum Senior Director Title, though titles aren't as important, must show extensive leadership experience at a high level
• Must come from FAANG / GAMMA, either working at one of those companies OR working at another company, and having one of those companies as a client

One of our largest Digital Solutions clients seeks a Vice President of Client Advocacy and Success to report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. Key responsibilities include managing strategic customer relationships, driving year-over-year account growth with a major social media platform, leading the development and execution of account strategies, aligning operational objectives for growth, enhancing service delivery through industry knowledge and innovation, expanding sales within existing accounts, and demonstrating leadership in a matrixed international environment.
