What are the pay and benefits?

• The salary for this role is £37,839 for a 40 hour full time permanent position.
• Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire, with our office bases in Swansea or Cwmbran
• Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.
• Work Van and fuel card
• Uniform and power tools provided
• Opportunity to join our on call rota
• 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays , rising to 30 days with length of service
• It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence.

Role

You’ll take on a varied and fulfilling role, providing repairs and maintenance services to our properties, both independently and as part of a multi-skilled team. Your work will span across different projects, including:

• Partial rewiring
• Consumer unit upgrades
• Minor planned and emergency repairs
  
  

In addition to your core electrical skills, we value those who bring extra abilities such as basic plumbing, carpentry, and plastering – helping us provide an even better service to our residents!

What skills and experience do you need?

We’re Looking For Individuals Who

• Have strong expertise in electrical repairs and maintenance
• Understand general building repairs
• Hold the necessary qualifications (see job description for details)
• Have a full UK driving licence
