Kierownik projektu inżynieryjnego

Our client is a global leader in automotive components (shock absorbers, brake calipers, steering systems)

Responsibilities:

• act as the technical point of contact for internal/external requests,
• represent new products, technologies, and business acquisition,
• ensure customer requirements are met in project development,
• plan and support new business/product development with customers,
• resolve technical issues internally and externally,
• lead design activities for customer product changes,
• prepare technical presentations and document development status,
• oversee dv planning and execution, ensuring timely completion,
• support and evaluate pv tests based on customer needs,
• coordinate technical activities across global sites and align product strategy,
• track project milestones, manage recovery plans when needed.

Requirements:

• master's degree in mechanical/mechatronic engineering or similar,
• 5 years in the automotive industry (chassis engineering preferred),
• fluent in german, conversational english is a plus,
• experience in project/program management is a plus,
• knowledge of automotive maturity levels, production, and development processes,
• familiarity with hydraulic/mechatronic brake systems and testing is a plus,
• strong analytical, structured thinking, and team-working skills,
• flexible and adaptable with program management skills.
