This position is based at our office in or Warsaw or Roskilde, where you will join the Technology Transformation Division leadership team. The Document Lifecycle Management area is vital to our customer's needs, as it ensures that the banks products requiring signatures on documents are fully supported.
The Program Lead role offers an opportunity to combine your technology skills, potential banking knowledge, program management experience and leadership skills while supporting the increasing demands of efficient, customer and banking centered document management.
You will have significant exposure to the leadership teams in relevant Domains in BEC (among others Core Banking, Mortgage and Payments)
In the position you will report to Head of Technology Transformation Division Freddie Sachmann
Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Lead the Document Lifecycle Management in close collaboration with senior leadership stakeholders in Technology Transformation Division, BEC and our customers
- Take Thought Leadership on a strategic technology level for the future development of the Document Lifecycle Mgmt. area, and ensure that it is aligned with the well organised and well functioning Architectural area at BEC.
- Continuously adapt the organisation to be best suited for both the future needs, providing the current needed whilst ensuring the needed operational stability and security.
- Take ownership, implementing solutions in a lasting way in the BEC community – it is a matter of meeting deadlines with quality deliveries in the most efficient way
- Ensure involvement and transparency for our stakeholders within roadmaps, value creation, budget – including stakeholders internally at BEC and externally with our member banks.
- Support Product Owners and Development Managers in designing and prioritizing deliveries and features to meet customer needs
- Participate in working councils and demonstrate the ability to balance the needs and requirements of our customers
- Ensure a stable and trustworthy operational document lifecycle platform for our member banks and their customers.
About the area:
The Document Lifecycle Management area is responsible for the document flow at our banks. Three main pillars are within the area:
- Document generation
Based on document templates, the transactional systems provide the needed data to be merged with the templates into the actual documents. The level of document complexity varies a lot pending on the type of document, and the number of templates is specific to each of the banks.
- Document signing
Some of the bank documents requires actively signing, voting and/or acknowledgement. Multiple signatures on the same document and multiple signature technologies (and paper based in some cases) needs to cater for. This includes also the distribution of the document to the assigned person(s). This also includes state management (submitted for signature, signed, actively rejected or expired/not signed)
- Document storage
All documents (generated and signed) need to be stored in a general document archive which the needed capabilities of searching documents.
For all the pillars strict security policies and features is enforced to ensure the needed privacy and security protections.
To succeed you will have:
- Business and leadership skills to formulate / set the ambitions and to subsequence drive the organisation towards the given ambitions.
- Proven stakeholder management skills in a complex landscape
- A solid proven technology background / experience with a multi vendor setup mixing both internal solutions with external solutions.
- Solid experience as project manager or program manager of large/scaled software development projects – or similar roles in terms of complexity and exposure to stakeholders
- Preferably knowledge about document management solutions
- A strong customer focus and proven stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to facilitate communication between business and tech profiles
- In-depth experience working agile
- Understanding of how trends may affect the program in the future
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to put structure, planning and execution into harmony
- Focus on solutions rather than on problem – knowing there is always a solution to a problem
- A curious approach to people, tasks and challenges
- Ability to travel occasionally between Denmark and Poland
