Site Manager

Job Description

As a Site Manager you are a professional who oversees the entire site activity in Łódź/Poland and coordinates all departments to ensure effective operational and financial results are achieved. You will need to communicate with Director - Contract Logistics - Poland to make decisions for strategic operational activities. You will be responsible for planning, implementation and management the overall long-term business success strategy.

You will work closely with other team members as: HR, QHSE, Finance, Engineering, Logistic, Procurement to ensure that the group has the right people, processes, and technology in place to execute the content strategy and plan successfully. Collaboration and team leadership will be a key aspect of your role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential problems.Your work will directly contribute to improving business processes, optimizing performance, and facilitating strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Meet company objectives with respect to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment, Morale
• Ensuring business operates within the company’s mission statement
• Presentations to Senior Management Team
• Establish annual budgets and ensure targets are met
• Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments
• Continue to build stronger salaries team capable of leading each site area
• Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training
• Making sure of proper communication throughout the organization and at all levels
• Work with the business development and account management group to identify business
• Presentations to customer and participate in customer meetings
• Responsible for total understanding of all details of specially managed contract
• Lead operations improvements and engineering changes processes
• Ensuring all external and internal Operations KPI's are met
• Participation in External audits and controls
• Participation in ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 management review
  
  

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Management/Production or related field; however, experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, follow up, problem resolution and facilitation skills while working with various levels of the organization
• Strong analytic skills for working with datasets to transform data and approach these problems in a creative manner
• Supervise and ensure efficient working of employees within the team
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate operational requirements into meaningful dashboards
• Solid understanding of production KPI’s
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent Polish – additional languages like English are required (communicative to keep daily communication with customers)
• Flexibility to travel in case of customer requirements/ audits
