The Customer Compliance Team is a function within the business with a global remit, whose primary purpose is to eliminate financial and third-party exposure both to LSEG Data and Analytics and our Clients by the correct licensing of services. The group works with local front line operations as well as product and proposition businesses across LSEG
What will you be doing?
Provide support to the Customer Assurance Managers as part of the compliance review process, assisting in all areas from planning to execution and closure. Additionally, handling compliance escalations as they arise and working with the necessary team to action and resolve them.

Act as a global liaison for all audits and work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the administrative work required to plan and handle the audit is complete.

Prepare internal management reporting and collecting information and metrics for Audit leads to provide updates in monthly business reviews.

Responsible for all administration required to complete an external audit at a client including diary management, travel organisation, report preparation etc.

Management of all audit opportunities in Salesforce and ensuring they feed into the team’s audit dashboard which all of sales and account management and the audit team use to track the revenue associated with each audit.

Writing and preparing compliance escalations in the form of creating letters via a provided template to be sent to the clients and managing stakeholder expectations and communication post the event.
Scope and Impact:
All clients within assigned region i.e. EMEA, Americas or Asia.
Required Skills & Experience:
Ability to prioritize and multi-task while handling many stakeholders with differing priorities.
Interpersonal/Team Skills: Ability to work optimally in a team environment. Communicates appropriately and effectively with team members and contacts, in and outside the company.
Educated to a Degree level but not essential
