Customer Consulting’s mission is to deliver value from our intelligently packaged services and products to better solve our customers business challenges by performing complex implementations & integrations, collaborate effectively with Sales & Account Management & Proposition/Product Teams during pre-sales and handhold the client towards effective transition into post-implementation support.
Technical Consultancy capabilities focus on specialized technical consulting activities in relation to presales, implementation & support of Customer Consulting packages. Widely recognized as technical experts, this team works to ensure Refinitiv products are correctly embedded into customer’s environments.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Play the role of implementation resource for Refinitiv Products / Solutions
  • Deliver activities on projects involving - Solutions integration, systems configuration, systems installation, testing support
  • Provide technical inputs in complex pre-sales proposals, such as: customer requirements gathering and analysis, contributing to the design of solutions architectures and/or workflows, high level project plan and estimation of professional services effort required for implementation
  • Support Project/Program management team ensuring project plan activities are delivered on time, on budget and in line with customer expectations
  • Develop customer relations at appropriate level to become a trusted technical business advisor
  • Provide technical training to customers based on the scope to be delivered
Required Skills:
  • Technical expertise in RHEL
  • Technical understanding of IT infrastructure implementation lifecycle (physical /virtual /cloud IT infra)
  • Knowledge of LSEG real-time products (RTDS, RTO, RTMDS) and DACS
  • Database knowledge such as Postgres & Oracle
  • Additional asset: Knowledge of Python and LSEG API
  • Experience in client facing role, client-oriented mindset and very good communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Independent management of the workload
