Your responsibilities

Contacting Dutch business (email and teams) regarding availability of goods, delivery date of order, complaints during delivery, etc.

Entering new orders and managing EDI orders;
-
Controlling delivery time of orders for individual customers;
-
Changing address, date, warehouse, quantity of goods in orders;
-
Creating technical complaints and issuing credit notes to the customer;
-
Processing logistics complaints (analyzing the case, issuing credit notes, debit notes and returning goods if necessary, adjusting the warehouse);
-
Creating credit and debit notes for invoices;
-
Monthly checking of the compliance of orders with discount campaigns;
-
working with SAP, Client Link, Epro
Our requirements
-
Fluency in Dutch and English
-
1 year of experience in a similar position
-
Familiar with computer applications, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Good communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
