Responsibilities :

• Supervise the inspection of bananas upon receipt and release,
• Supervision of dressing supplies issued from the first aid kit to employees,
• Supervision of knives issued to employees,
• Inspection of glass and hard plastic parts,
• Preparing and supervising labels,
• Prepare documentation for shipping fruit,
• Supervise the evaluation of vehicles prior to loading,
• Ongoing monitoring of temperatures in warehouses and ripening rooms,
• Controlling the preparation of warehouse workers for work,
• Taking corrective action,
• Keeping records of fruit destined for waste,
• Supervise the transfer of organic waste to an outside organization,
• Adherence to the principles described in the documentation of the food safety management system.

Requirements :

• Punctuality, responsibility, conscientiousness,
• Physical fitness needed for product quality assessment in the warehouse,
• Experience in a similar position,
• Operation of a computer and MS Office and Symfonia applications
• Ability to adapt quickly in a young and dynamic team
