Project Manager - Salesforce Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Salesforce development/consulting and hybrid project management to lead a high-impact project within the Financial Services sector. This role requires a solid understanding of both Salesforce technology and the complexities of managing fix-price projects.

. Lead and manage Salesforce development and consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget., Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure., Manage hybrid project methodologies, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, clients, and teams in a fixed-price environment., Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Salesforce developers, consultants, and business stakeholders) to design, implement, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions., Ensure proper communication between internal teams and external clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations., Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with project timelines, scope, and resource allocation., Drive continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in Salesforce implementations within the Financial Services domain.. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Consultant, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and tools., Strong experience in managing hybrid projects (including Agile and Waterfall) in a fixed-price model., Solid background in the Financial Services sector, with familiarity with industry-specific challenges and requirements., Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level), both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international teams and clients., Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders., Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.
