We are looking for an AP Payments Team Leader who will join our Global Business Services division.
Your responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5 members
Lead, coach, develop and establish goals for direct reports so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard
Ensuring payments being performed on timely manner and the process is compliant with guidelines
Ensuring for month end and year end closure that deadlines and processes from respective areas are met
Establishing and maintaining close and professional partnerships with internal stakeholders
Leading a process transition from local finance offices
Initiating and leading process improvement initiatives
Support your team in daily responsibilities
Our requirements:
Min. 5 years of experience in finance processing in a high-volume environment (preferable SSC/BPO)
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent accounting certification is preferred
Previous experience in people management or coordination
Ability to build and establish a good working relationship within the team, as well as allocate and lead the team’s work in an efficient manner
Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
Excellent English skills required, written and verbal
