Your future duties and responsibilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Analyze, align, and validate business needs and solutions

Engage with project teams, prioritize requests, and monitor project portfolios

Document and validate requirements efficiently

Contribute to testing and user acceptance processes

Support change management and assist in solution deployment

Identify and prepare action plans for business impacts

Qualifications

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Over 5 years of relevant professional experience

Strong team player demonstrating high performance, flexibility, and adaptability

Proficiency in project management methodology, process analysis, solution design, and testing methods

Familiarity with business needs analysis and challenges related to data management

Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in Italian is a strong plus)
