Job Description

The Records Management Officer (RMO) is responsible for overseeing records lifecycle governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves updating procedures, promoting automation of manual processes, and supporting the ongoing transformation of records management frameworks. The RMO operates within a multidisciplinary environment and collaborates with multiple teams to improve operational efficiency.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and retention schedules related to records management
• Support automation of manual processes for regulatory and non-regulatory records
• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with internal controls and compliance standards
• Contribute to the transformation of records management practices across the organization
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across diverse business and technical areas
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with records management or compliance software
• Skilled in creating collaborative environments and facilitating problem-solving
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel
• Language Skills

Must be physically in Portugal, and a work at the office 3/5 days a week
