Job Description
We are seeking a Project Lead to be responsible for the study, design, and implementation of allocated projects, ensuring they are delivered effectively, within scope, and aligned with governance and quality standards. The Project Lead will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and contributors to deliver successful project outcomes.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Main Tasks
Preliminary step: Project Framing
Clarify objectives, scope, dependencies, and major risks & issues
Confirm sponsorship and business rationale (including high-level ROI and benefits)
Estimate the effort required for solution design and project execution
Identify and onboard necessary contributors for the study
Study / Design Phase
Clearly define business requirements, costs, and timelines
Coordinate and challenge experts to design a solution aligned with business needs
Identify risks and dependencies impacting project execution
Establish project financials (costs, expected benefits)
Define project governance (roles, responsibilities, stakeholders)
Develop the project roadmap
Secure resource planning and prioritization
Execution Phase
Drive project execution according to the roadmap
Maintain alignment and communication within the project community
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when needed
Monitor budget consumption
Gather feedback from contributors and adjust project management as required
Prepare and lead governance meetings and produce regular reporting
Completion Phase
Collect feedback from project participants
Identify success factors and areas for improvement
Update project management practices with lessons learned
The Project Lead is responsible for ensuring that project solutions comply with the following principles:

Operational models with clear responsibilities

Consideration of future regulatory or business evolutions
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Technical Skills
Proven experience as a Project Leader (Senior PM level)
Strong experience in managing teams and contributors in non-hierarchical environments
Strong analytical skills
