French-Speaking Customer Advisor - Aveiro/Braga

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome customers in incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide accurate product information and close sales over the phone.
• Assist customers in resolving delivery issues and check stock availability.
• Support customers in managing accounts and resolving technical problems.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Desired profile:

• Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and empathy.
• Comfortable with phone calls, writing emails, and using social media.
• Ability to work in a team and take on challenges.
