Provide 3rd line application support, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems.
Participate in the automation of tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
Monitor and manage service levels, ensuring compliance with IT standards.
Communicate effectively with technical and functional teams to address issues and improvements.
Create and maintain documentation and support materials for service management.
Analyze, document, and enhance internal processes and tools.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.
Develop tools and processes to optimize service management operations.
Strong technical expertise in scripting languages (e.g., KSH/Bash, Python, Perl).
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
Familiarity with IT best practices and frameworks such as ITIL and ISO20000.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a functional approach.
Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
Knowledge of Java programming.
