Customer Support for car rental with German - Suporte ao Cliente em Alemão

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist:

• Supporting BR - Before Rental, DR - During Rental & AR - After Rental (here more complaints as dealing w/ invoices, Damages, etc)
• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
• offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
• Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
• Handling calls, emails, chats and back-office tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language (B1/ B2 level)
• You live in Portugal
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

• Full time contract after 3 months
• Base salary (gross): 1030€/month x 14
• Performance Bonus: up to 120,00 € (paid in 12 months)
• Availability Bonus: 30,00 € per weekend worked
• Meal allowance: 7,23€/per working day (paid in meal card)

Relocation package:

• Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of contract - up to 400€ in Economy class
• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
