🚀 We’re Hiring: Owner Experience Agent (Portuguese & English)! 🚀

We're looking for a bilingual (Portuguese & English) Owner Experience Agent to join our team in Porto and provide exceptional support to our hosts. In this hybrid role, you’ll be our property owners' first point of contact, ensuring professional and timely assistance via email and phone.

Your Role:
As our Owner Experience Agent, you will be able to deliver outstanding support to our hosts by responding to level 1 inquiries, troubleshooting booking issues, and resolving owner requests. You will take full ownership of each interaction—ensuring quality service or escalating issues when necessary. Staying up to date on GuestReady owner processes and tools, you'll proactively find creative solutions that exceed owner expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide professional and timely owner support via email and phone
✅ Respond to level 1 owner inquiries and troubleshoot issues as needed
✅ Serve as the first point of contact for owners regarding active booking issues and requests
✅ Take ownership of issues, resolving them or escalating to the appropriate department
✅ Maintain a high level of owner satisfaction with consistent, quality service
✅ Stay updated on GuestReady owner processes, tools, and system updates
✅ Proactively identify creative solutions to enhance the owner experience

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in Portuguese and English, with the ability to multitask and convey information clearly
🔹 Customer Service & Hospitality Experience: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields
🔹 Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and systems to manage inquiries and provide support
🔹 Flexible Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
