Freelance Meet & Greeter Lisbon

GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a dedication to exceptional hospitality.

We are looking to hire a freelance Meet & Greeter to check in guests at our properties in Lisbon and assist our Operations team with various on-ground tasks.

These tasks include key pickups and deliveries, property quality checks, coordinating with service providers, and delivering items.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluency in French with a good level of English.

- A presentable and friendly individual, ideally with experience in customer service or hospitality.

- Willingness to travel to various locations around Lisbon, with your means of transportation.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

- Ability to explain how to use appliances and heating in the home.

- Comfortable using tools like Slack and our internal systems (training will be provided).

- Capable of troubleshooting minor issues with appliances, heating, and hot water, with basic repair skills.

- Flexible working hours, as our guest check-ins occur between 11 AM and midnight, every day of the week.

This position is ideal for a freelancer or university student with a flexible schedule looking to earn extra income.

Candidates must be registered as self-employed/auto-entrepreneurs to provide monthly invoices for their services.
