Program Manager with spoken French (relocation to Belgium)

We are looking for a talented Program Manager with good spoken French who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

Role Overview

As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and driving the delivery of complex programs while adhering to governance frameworks. You will collaborate with business and IT teams, engage stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives. Your leadership and expertise will ensure the success of key initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Key role in the development and management of program plans.
• Responsible for program governance and stakeholder management, including collaboration with BNPP Groupe.
• Assist and lead program boards or steering committees.
• Monitor program progress and provide detailed reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage issues proactively.
• Handle capacity planning and resource management.
• Oversee program delivery management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage financial aspects such as budgeting and business case preparation.
• Coordinate required training throughout the program lifecycle.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Extensive experience in working with both business and IT teams, preferably in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of workflow processes.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS Project, Harmony).
• Familiarity with a variety of IT systems.
