➡️ Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients across Brazil, USA and Canada
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Conduct personalized platform training sessions and business process alignment workshops
- Understand each client’s goals and ensure they’re set up for success with tailored onboarding roadmaps
- Monitor key engagement metrics and proactively address adoption gaps
- Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing insights to Product and Engineering teams
- Support the renewal and expansion process through strategic account planning
- Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate impact and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimize the customer experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success and onboarding frameworks
➡️ What We Value
- 5 years in customer success, onboarding, or account management in a SaaS or tech environment
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus!)
- Proven success working with clients in Brazil, US and/or Canada
- Background in HR tech, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships and navigating complex org structures
- Ability to deliver virtual workshops, training, and presentations with clarity and confidence
- Strong project management skills – you're organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Culturally agile and comfortable working across time zones and remote teams
- Data-savvy – you can interpret customer data, usage trends, and success metrics
- Tech-friendly – you’re comfortable with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Bonus points if you know (or are eager to learn) Python and SQL – we’re a team of Customer Success hackers who love diving into data and automating smarter ways to work
