Growth and Marketing Specialist in
Portugal.
As a Growth and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative marketing strategies. You will manage content creation across various consumer-facing platforms, execute marketing campaigns, and optimize paid media efforts. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and conducting A/B testing to improve performance. Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage content for consumer-facing assets, including social media posts, emails, and webinars, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Implement and execute marketing campaigns, manage calendars, and update reporting dashboards to track campaign performance
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement
- Work closely with internal teams such as Design, Tech, and Business Leaders, as well as external vendors, to create and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine messaging and optimize campaign performance
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns on a weekly basis
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 2-5 years of marketing and growth experience, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention in a B2C/B2B2C environment
- Additional Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PPT/Google Slides, design tools, and paid media/performance marketing
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teams across different time zones
- Bonus: Experience in a B2C startup or scale-up environment is a plus
